I love it I only asked for the collaboration solution for the TDS testing. I bought 2 about 5 months ago and they are still working great. I'm buying 4 more today.

The only part I really truly cared for was ph and it’s off by anywhere between +-0.1 and +-0.8. This value is significant for my application, rendering this machine useless. So I spent 50$ on a hunk of plastic. I calibrated using distilled water 250ml and one packet. Then that didn’t work so I bought professional grade calibration buffer solution. That had the exact same result, on calibration of all three 4.00, 6.98, 9.18, with the exception of the 7.00 option I used for my 7.00 professional grade solution.Needless to say, I did it correctly. It’s supposed to be easy, yet you made it hard on the consumer. I am very disappointed in you all.

The temperature and pH sensors work well, but the TDS and salinity sensors don't work at all. Calibration is useless.

App is tricky, there are videos to assist. High temp alert and Low temp as well as other alarms need to be setup with scenes. To receive alerts,Additional fee for messaging service is needed.Test kit only includes PH packets.

This water quality tester seems to work really well, but I wanted to calibrate it, and the only calibration packet that was sent was for the pH only. There were no calibration packets for TDS or Salinity as stated in the instruction manual.

After two months of use with cleanings and calibrations every week, the PH probe broke down and wouldn't calibrate. I contacted the company and at first, they said the probe was not under warranty, and they didn't want to replace the probe because they said it was a consumable. After I told them that without the probe, the meter can only be doing a half the job, and it was bad customer relations to not replace the probe after only 2 months when their warranty states one year. After all, the meter can't be doing it's job properly if the probes don't work. Regardless of their consuble rule they offered to send a new probe from China if I helped pay for the shipping, of $13.50 US. After not happily agreeing with this, because first off, they won't send the replacement probe for a month, and if these companies want to do business in Canada, you should have a way of keeping parts in Canada. It's a normal thing that mechanical and electerical parts can break down or not work from the start. I can wait the month, because I prchased 6 of them to test, but there are many customers that cannot be without a meter for over a month. I will keep this review open so I can let everyone know how the company dealt with this issue.

Could not be recalibrated (Err message). A good idea, but nother problem is that if you lose power it does you have to manually turn it on again--so if you're thinking about using this from afar--don't.
