These leca balls are uniform in size and color. I had very few broken ones, though they were pretty dusty, which is easily fixed by rinsing them before use.

These are advertised as something to be used in ponds, but they are clearly not, as they float, defeating the purpose. Unless you have a closed basket, buy something else.

Honestly, LECA is LECA—but this is the only one I’ll buy because of the color and I think that it looks great in my glass vessels. It’s the perfect deep grey/black without the usual brown tones you find in other LECA It works exactly as expected, no dust, no weird residue, and consistent quality. I’ve gone through at least four bags now with zero issues. If you’re picky about aesthetics like me, this is the best option out there!

I actually love the color🖤 and prefer it over the regular kind. Mainly because it isn’t as common. The only thing I would criticize is I wish is was more rounder and a tad bit smaller. Other than that I am going to order more. Thanks!🖤

I've bought another brand in the past. However, it was less expensive but had a lot of tiny pebbles that fell through the net and were unusable. I would say a 1/3 of the bag was wasted.From now on I will only buy this brand. I found maybe a dozen pebbles that were way under 10mm and that was it. Do yourself a favor and buy these and save your time and money.
