What can I say? It's glass tubing in 2ft lengths. I think I got about 20-30 pieces or so. The ends are not fire polished so they are square but sharp. You can fire polish those by carefully heating until they glow. I work this with a regular old propane torch, no oxygen, low to medium depending on what I'm doing. I've blown bubbles, made hermetically sealed tubes and even successfully made a working thermometer, although the diameter is pretty large for this. You have to blow a bubble about 1" in diameter to get it to work, which is tricky but doable. Good introduction if you're interested in glassblowing and don't have the tools to work borosilicate.

Maybe i didnt read well enough, so most likely its my fault, but these things suck a**. So tiny i can hardly blow air through it and they break so easy. Came packaged nice and secure tho

Received on time and intact, they seem to take packaging seriously. I haven't done a lot with the tubes yet but they are easy to bend and cut.

The tubes were shipped very carefully. They come in a long, narrow bag, wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and taped, inside a tight-fitting poster tube. Almost no chance of breakage en route, I should think. At any rate, mine came perfectly intact. They were exactly as described. Crystal clear, no scratches or abrasion. Very slender and delicate, but not so much so that they're hard to handle, although you do have to be careful. I managed to break only one accidentally, the first time I tried to bend one over a flame. As I held it in both hands I simply snapped it in half attempting to bend it. But I used the broken halves for practice, and it's actually not terribly hard. I measured the second tube and marked the area where the bend should be, then I lit a small candle in my garage, with all the doors and windows shut, so that the flame wouldn't gutter. I held the tube at each end, and rotated the demarcated section of the tube slowly inside the brightest part of the flame, so that it became black with soot. After maybe thirty seconds the heated section became flexible. By moving very slowly I was able to bend the tube through 150 degrees without crimping it - I haven't tried to go further. But I went on to discover that I could make even elaborate series of bends in a tube with crimping or destroying it. The possibilities keep on presenting themselves. These tubes are a very useful product. I'm glad I ordered them.

Smaller that I thought they would be. Some of the tube were broken:( but I can try to make them work for what I need.

Just exactly what we needed for our Chemistry labs. The tubing comes very well packaged and it is easy to continue to store. We have worked with different experiments and made stirring rods. Not hard to cut with a triangular file to work with different lengths. This is the best price I have found for glass tubing I am very pleased with the quality. Definitely recommended if looking for this particular OD/ID tubing.
