This package of bows offers a nice assortment of shapes and sizes. The round mold of 8 small bows is perfect for adding bows to my Christmas wreath spritz cookies. I can make them ahead of time and freeze, ready to add to my decorated cookies. This is better for me than piping bows onto the cookies, which is very time-consuming at the busiest time and may or may not come out well with my arthritic hands.These molds are good quality, with a nice thick silicone base. The shapes are crisply sculpted and pop out quite easily. A dusting of cornstarch in the mold helps. I tried making the small bows with some leftover cream cheese frosting, which is notorious for crumbling when removed from a mold. After 15 minutes in the freezer, they popped out fine.
