I bought two sets of the same item and received two different colors and the glass top table was broken into tiny pieces

Easy to make a mistake when assembling due to incorrect labeling of pieces. Instructions can be confusing and requires a bit of imagination when selecting which pieces SHOULD be assembled together. Not knowing if you have all the correct sides (right side or left side parts) until you come to the end of assembly when you experience the greatest frustration of doubt. Did I put it together correctly.....or is this the wrong part?? Not fun when your instructions manual adds to the confusion by not assigning the correct description of the piece with the alphabet labels on the piece itself.Contacted the seller via email. Explained to them the situation, including photos for visual aid. They ackowledged the problem and quickly offered options to satisfy our complaint. The item was shipped and delivered rather quickly considering it is coming from overseas.We have a complete and properly functioning patio set. It can be worth it if you expect the above problems to happen before purchasing from this seller.In the end...we are happy with our patio set.

The Sofa has 2 "Base" parts; A Left Base and a Right Base (Left & Right refer to the sides of the Sofa as you look at the Sofa if it was facing you with seat openings in front of you).The Right Base on the Sofa was the wrong part/missing.Arm on the Right side of the Sofa was so badly bent it would not be able to be attached even if they sent the correct base part.I have requested replacement parts from the Seller.I will update this review if they respond, but if this review is still here, that means they have not responded yet. And means I have a product that is not fully usable.In addition, not a single "label" was correct. Instructions say "A" but part that is obviously "A" is labeled as "D". Likewise, part that instructions refer to as "D" is obviously "A". Product is not difficult to assemble, but if you are going to label the parts, LABEL THEM CORRECTLY. Otherwise, don't label them at all, as it is just confusing. These are just "stickers" so something that gets added later.

My son and fiancee really enjoyed receiving this set of furniture for their new screened in porch area. It looks fabulous and it is made very well. It is quite sturdy, and they really like that they can turn it into a long sofa and lay out there listening to the rain. We are all so pleased with this set I wish we would have bought a bigger set. We did turn right back around and bought two more chairs though, so more of us could enjoy the outdoors together This is a very nice set and the price is right. I highly recommend this set.

This is a great set at a great price point. Honestly because of the price I wasn't expecting much and I am truly floored by the quality. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. My husband who is 6'2 and weighs about 250 sits on it with ease and thinks it's very comfortable. I was also worried about the height. When I took a tape measure out to see how tall this would be I thought it was kids furniture at first. It is actually a normal patio furniture height once put together with the cushions on. It does not seem too low to the ground.

You get what you pay for. While the set looks like the picture. The parts given and assembly are cheap (and to me) are junk. My fingers hurt by putting half the set together. The screws were a bit too long for the nut provided as if gives wiggle room between back/side pieces and the seat. Half the nuts provided didn’t go on the nut. It was frustrating. Once put together it does look good and I hope it will hold up for a longtime use.

Super cute set and a great deal for the money! Was a little challenging dealing with shipping but when it came, I was really happy after putting it together. Took about 3 hours but it was pretty easy.
