Purchased a few weeks ago, delivery and packaging all seemed good until I went to use one today. The tool holder doesn't have the flat spot on the outer ring to lock it in place in order to torque the nut or remove it. Not able to use it all without risking damaging the smooth surface and then a 7k spindle, no thanks, returned! 3 stars only because of packaging and shipping, description is inaccurate!

This is the bit I am using the tool holder for, it has virtually no runout, it is a very high quality Tool holder.You can not use one of the cheap tightening fixtures to tighten it, it requires a standard clamping type fixture, or you can buy a cheap adjustable wrench large enough to span top rib, which is milled for a wrench. I run the bit shown at 625ipm 14500 rpm 3/4" in a single pass.

Seems to be fairly accurate. I will need to run a dial indicator to get the actual specs but works for me so far.
