When I got this, I thought I made a mistake and got the wrong size, so rechecked the description and I am not sure what the issue is. I wanted to pour one ounce silver bars. Maybe I got the wrong item, or the item is not described correctly. But this does not produce one once silver bars. The flat style and close together slots makes a pour difficult to make perfect. So I would definitely not buy this again. Because it's graphite, it won't last long, so I will go back to cast iron molds and spend more time getting what I need.

Difficult to pour silver into this mold. I heat the mold on a propane camp stove with a steel plate between it and the burner. It's difficult to pour just an ounce and the ingots don't always fill the cavity.
