These Food Tracking Journals are great quality; they have a lot of room for tracking my daily food intake and the paper is nice; it's not thin at all. These are dual sided so you have a lot of days worth of tracking in one set. It has an easy system of keeping track of the days of the week, my weight, the amount of sleep i'm getting, water intake as well as the food/calories I'm eating. The Value on this set is Good!

Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)I'm a bit of a minimalist-- a no muss, no fuss type of person. That said, I'm about to embark on a journey to loose a bit of weight I've been wanting to do for long time. I needed a logbook of sorts to help me with the diet part of my workout plan. Needless to say, I found the perfect food tracking journal to get me started, and help me stick to the plan. This straight-forward, easy-to-read food tracking journal (I found on Amazon ;o) ticks a lot of boxes for me:• A date box to fill out, along with a spot at the top for current weight, hours of sleep and circling the day of the week.• A listing of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner with time block to fill in, along with a section for snacks in each time frame. Further breakdown includes columns with Cals/F/P for Calories, Carbohydrates, Fats, and Protein to be listed in grams (Truth be told, this is not stated in the listing, but I'm taking a good guess on what these abbreviated letters stand for. ;o).• There's a space for a tally of these aforementioned columns, followed by Daily Total and a spot for Daily Goal to track how you are doing.• Speaking of which, there is a water tracking section too, for 8 oz of water a day-- that you color in or cross out your consumption. And lastly, a space at the bottom for any summaries you might have, how you felt or what have you for that day. These well made notepads are printed on both sides, so you write the top of each sheet, and in 70 days, flip the pad over to write in your food intake the other direction for another 70 days, equaling 140 days of logging your food intake. The paper is great-- so nice and smooth, perfect for all kinds of pens and highlighters too! Here's the kicker-- you get six notepads in this set, more than enough for, let's see, for 840 days or 2.3 years! More than enough to reach your weight goal and then some! There's plenty of pads to share with friends and family should you like to do so!Gotta tell you:This set of 6 notepads cost $14.99 at the time of this review, making these food journals only $2.50 each. That makes this pads a terrific value, not to say, a joy to write on!What's not to love?Highly recommended and then some!Give this suituts 6 Pack Food Journal/Notepad(Each Pad 70 Sheets/140 Pages, 4x8 inches)a try... I don't think you'll regret your purchase.*****************************************************************May Your Days Of Spring Be Warm, Cheery And Bright! ;o)Cheerio and Best of Luck in all your endeavors! Hopefully, this review was helpful.

These notepads are great to keep track of what you're eating. There are sections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then for each you have a section for total calories and then your macro breakdown: carbs, fat, and protein all in grams. It gives you 3 snack spaces but they are grouped with each meal. These notepads are great for someone who wants or needs to track what they're eating but doesn't know how to start. It's less intimidating than using an app. It's also nice so you have a log of what you're eating to show your doctor at appointments. You can also track your sleep, water intake, and compare your macros to your daily goals. The paper is nicer than I expected. It's not super thick but it is thick enough to get very little ghosting or bleed though, which is important since it is double sided. The only bleed through was from a permanent fine liner, which was expected. It didn't bleed though too much. Multiple passes of a highlighter had a bit of bleed through, but mostly ghosting.

Pretty good food tracking journal — each sheet is double-sided so as to save on paper since you can use both sides as you go. The fonts are your typical default fonts, and the journal itself seems pretty utilitarian — no frills, so you’re just getting exactly what it says, a good journal to track your intake. I’m not fond of the fact that it doesn’t tell you what some of the columns are for (C? F? P? The only one I know is Cal) but otherwise it’s a good food journal that gets right to the point. If you’re looking for something a little more “fun” I wouldn’t recommend it but if you’re just looking to track food and don’t care about how “pretty” it is this is the journal for you.
