I have these all over my house because I am disabled and I have a hard time moving bending picking up and reaching for things. My daughter is also in a wheelchair so it works well for her when she needs to be cleaning up around the house or she drops some thing.You’re not able to pick up a ton of weight with them just because something like this is not strong enough for heavy items. But I do pick up things like bottles of lotion, my cell phone, a small jar of peanut butter, trash, socks, dog toys, very very easily.I would be in trouble in life if I did not have these there was a great economical purchase. I think they have lasted longer and been stronger than most of the ones that I have gotten. I’m not even sure that I’ve broken one and I’ve had them for more than six months. Normally one only last a month maybe two it’s gotten lighter use.

I have one in each room. They are light weight and work great to pull things from above or pick up paper or coins on the floor. Also has a small magnet for small items.

Good valueI have has a number of these type items and this one works very well. Well built and you can pick up pill if they fall on the floor. Strong enough to pickup a can of soup. The small magnet on the tongs actually comes in handy.

I bought these as stocking stuffers for my whole family! They had the best time trying out their grabbers on Christmas Day. lol. I initially looked for one for my mom (84) but then realized it would also be good for my kids (in their 20s) who are eco-conscious and pick up trash when they travel. These are nice because they are sturdy, fold to fit in a travel bag AND can pick up really small things easily. I also bought one for my husband who just loved it because it was FUN😊 So happy I found them!

They are no better or worse than others I have seen.I use them to pick up trash, to pick up my laundry, or things I drop and cannot reach. I am a senior citizen.
