These look beautiful and were a dream to work with. The manufacturing is spot on and the projects looked great.

I believe this is a real wood walnut veneer instead of a plastic veneer. It’s nice quality for sure and cuts well on my 20w laser. The pieces are all straight and no warping.

these made good dividers after finishing for some mixed size materials. So my requirements are pretty light, and these worked for me but I could see the problems some other reviewers pointed out for other uses.

I have a few ideas for these. I haven't set up my laser engraver yet, but I'll definitely save a few for that. I originally had in mind to use this for small trim or inlay pieces on guitars, but I have some solid walnut that will work for a lot of that. Lots of potential for these though. Maybe a walnut pickguard? With a finish the walnut should look fantastic.I didn't notice any major flaws in the pieces I received. A few dents around the edges from shipping - I've come to expect things like this from ANY raw material. At .15" thick (that's just over 1/8"), this will definitely be prone to warping, especially since most of the thickness comes from one layer of poplar in the middle. Plan accordingly.

These are really nice quality walnut plywood sheets. I intend to use these as canvases for mixed media art pieces, and they check all of the boxes that are important to me. First and foremost, despite their thinness, each one I received was perfectly flat with no warpage. Not an insurmountable challenge if they sis have a little bow to them, but this will ensure framing and/or mounting will be simplified. The variety of woodgrain patterns is great, and the surface finish is nice and smooth. I haven't had the time yet to make something with these, but I am very pleased by their quality. At just over $4.50 per sheet, that price can be a little high under the context of a "canvas" but considering the overall quality of each sheet, I'd say it's about fitting.

While these look very nice, they warped very quickly after being unwrapped. They are not in a high humidity area and were laying flat, but they still warped. I will try, when I get the time, to use a bit of moisture and weight to flatten them out but I fear that even if I am able to, what ever I make from them will warp as well.

I’m not sure on the laser ability of it yet, but they feel pretty thin. It looks high quality… So I’m hoping the thinness will make it easy to engrave. I’ll update once I’ve done that.

I do a lot of laser cutting and I typically use the basic light colored basswood plywood sheets that are so popular. This is my first experience with this huzile brand and also my first experience with Walnut finish plywood and I'm definitely impressed. The plywood sheets came nicely wrapped in plastic and were all nice and flat with no warping and consistent dimensional accuracy across the entire sheet (about 2.8 mm). The surface of the plywood is nice and smooth and has a really beautiful dark grain look. At the time of this review this walnut plywood is $22.99 for 6 sheets, and that's comparable to my standard basswood plywood, only with a much nicer look (in my opinion). I think this is a fantastic value for some really nice plywood that will enhance all of my laser projects. I'll definitely be getting more of this and I would definitely recommend it.
