Just what I needed. I am putting in a temporary stick-down tile floor in my master bathroom because we're going to do a major remodel later, but it's not in the budget now. These are the right color and size to cover the rise between the bathroom and adjacent rooms that have different hard flooring. They are heavy-duty laminate and are matte white. No instructions included that I can find, but this seems pretty self-explanatory as far as installation goes. We will need to trim them down to fit one of the doorways, but that should be easy enough to do. Worth the buy, these are great quality.

Worked just fine for my transition project in the crawlspace. Due to the main sewer line, I had a 15mm size difference from the entrance of the crawlspace to the rest of the space. Was able to install 500 square footage of laminate across the floors and only had the need for a transition without breaking the bank. Afterall, only I would ever be found going down in the dungeon. Needed exactly 6 pcs due to the gap, ended up stacking two transition pieces on to one another and got the desired outcome. The oak color closely matches my oak color frappe laminate floor. You will need your own screws to anchor down the U bracket as there are no screws provided. Use 1/2" screws and break the sections where the screws are to avoid bulging gaps due to screw blocking the fins.

I have no clue how this product functions or how well it holds up as I am unable to use it. I did not realize that the size differences meant two different products. I had wanted the transition piece that was for drop floor and instead received the flush mount. As there is only one transition in my place, from kitchen vinyl planks to treated and stained concrete, which is lower, I can not use the product.

The quality of this transition strip is nice and visually it looks great. I had a couple of issues, though:- The height of the drop is not very tall, so make sure you double check that your floors will accommodate it- The transition strip that connects two different height floors does not include an adhesive or means to attach the bottom of the threshold, so make sure you have some construction adhesive or similar- I was able to cut this using tin snips (since the icon used was scissors that was what made sense to me). I tried a utility blade first but that didn't work well. I found that it cut easily enough with tin snips, but was somewhat brittle and at the end of cutting it snapped so I couldn't get a nice, straight line easily.

The oak colored transition strips have wood grain design so it blends in seamlessly. I like the flexible PVC material, its easy to work with. There are 6 strips and 6 base grips. You can use it without the base grip by using adhesive and installation was easy.
