This includes two standard mutes for violins, and 4 of the round mutes as well. I'm guessing the round mutes are for violas or violins that can't accommodate the claw style mute? Either way, for the price, this is a versatile kit.

The practice mutes work well and are nicely constructed, but the regular mutes have a fatal flaw... They haven't been cut by the openings to actually put the mute on your strings. I cut them using a tool, but not everyone will have what they need to do so.
