The furniture itself is ok after you spend hours putting it together. The instructions (or lack of instructions) is the issue. Packaging is horrible. One piece was bent. When I notified seller, they did nothing. One of the sofa pieces is not level. Poor quality.

The instructions are not as clear as they could be. Different subassemblies are referenced on the same page as the list on the left side of the page and it is somewhat confusing. The tools supplied can be used for assembly but would take a lot more time and add to the frustration. Having a 1/4" drive socket set with the proper size socket and a hex driver made it a much more bearable job. The units look nice when complete and are light enough so rearranging them isn't a chore. The storage bin is quite handy to store the lighter cushions and covers especially where it's windy.

The set is beautiful and it fits perfectly in the area I had intended.The issues I encountered include: not being advised that the product would come in four boxes on separate days and the #1 box would be the last box to arrive;instructions for assembly were virtually useless, just pictures of layers of pieces on top of layers for each piece;it took 5 hours with an electric drill to assemble because getting screws in places were difficult to reach.The price I was quoted somehow did not get the discount from Amazon that was advertised and resulted in costing $50 more than quoted.

Very happy with the quality for the cost. I was very hesitant to purchase this patio furniture without seeing it first but glad I did. Everyone that has come over has really enjoyed it and have had nothing but great things to say. It is very comfortable and looks great. I had a small issue with one of the parts and the seller promtly took care of it. You will need to put aside some time for assembly. It comes with tools however I really suggest you use an electric screwdriver with a long allen key attachment and a wrench.

I absolutely love this outdoor furniture set. It is stunning, the blue cushions are an ocean blue and are thick, waterproof and very comfortable. The furniture frames are durable and well made with a metal material wrapped in wicker. It took me about a week to put together and that is doing a few pieces at a time. Many bolts, screws and nuts. It came in 4 boxes and you need all four before you can start the assembly it also came with all the hardware and easy instructions. The best part it came with very nice thick covers with drawstrings to tighten to keep the moisture out. Wonderful find with a really good price.

Beautiful set and I got it on sale, great price for all that you get. This set is over $1000 at Costco and Sam's and only comes in beige. Hooowever....the assembly takes a while for one person to do. It requires small hands for some of the areas to tighten the screws. Do not use the small wrenches that come with the set. I used a regular wrench to hold the nut while I tightened the screws with an Allen wrench. Some of the screws do not tighten all the way but there are enough in there to hold it together. I have not put the couch and table together yet but the chairs and ottomans are super comfortable. It would be better for 2 people ro put it together. Also, some of the lettered pieces were pictured incorrectly but you can figure it out. Overall, 4 stars foe the beauty and comfortability but I couldn't give it 5 stars because of the assembly and poor pictured directions.

Ok, the instructions are a pain, and it does take a long time to setup, like 4-6 hours, no joke, it’s also cheaply made, but overall very happy with the results and it is very comfortable. So for the price, and comfort I give it 5 stars. The cushions are nice and the material seems strong but smooth. The plastic “wicker” is fairly thin and is easily scuffed. Laying on the couch portion, I could easily sleep on it being 5’11. It’s comfy enough for sleeping, cushions seem to stay in place without sliding. Came with covers also. The wire to the table storage box broke the second my 5yo opened it, the pulled the hinge out.

I love the look of the Peacock Blue. This color is great and really makes a wow statement in my back yard. The items took me two days to put together, but I was not working on them fully each day. I wish the instructions were a little better, but I was able to figure it out. Just like two of my sections were labeled wrong but it was easy to figure out since they went to the same piece. I also had an issue with one of the feet for the couch area, but I sent an email to the seller and got a reply back very quickly. I am waiting for a replacement foot at this time and can tell you this was the fastest response I have ever been given, and they even gave me an ETA of when to expect the part since we are so far apart. The cushions are great and feel great. Great Product
