These are a bit smaller than normal dice but that's okay. They're still fairly readable and they throw well. A friend mentioned they are difficult to pick up because of smaller size, but they roll well enough.The foremost problem is the poor finish. The surfaces are visibly scratched instead of highly-polished, an apparent rush job. I'm not speaking of a matte or sanded finish, but actual scratches on the surface.To fix the problem I laid some quality sandpaper on a flat table and 'matted' all sides of the dice. This makes the bright brass dots stand out well against a matte background, and hides the nasty scratches. The finished look is quite pleasant and attractive. I recommend this step.The dice work, and that's what I wanted: a metal 6-sided dice set. It was the only metal set I found that contained 6 dice.

They're gorgeous and get a lot of attention. But I'm not sure what the regular size dice is. That may be my fault. Still great buy!

These things are bada$$! They are heavy and feel great in the hand. They look amazing. They are probably too heavy for use on glass tables, but for anything else they rock! I have them proudly displayed on my home bar, ready for a game of anything! Love them!

These dice are really nice, and have a very satisfying heft in the hand!They aren't perfect, but the flaws are minor and inconsequential. I am a little disappointed, I was expecting precision machining, but considering the price. The dots on some of the sides of some o they aren't bad, but here's my assessment of every nitpicky little flaw I could find. First off the dots on the dies are not perfectly centered or square to the edges, and the depth and diameter of the individual dots is completely random, even among the same side of the dies. That being said the overall shaping is close enough to not really affect the randomness of a roll, all dies being within about .015" in width across all sides, and all dies also being within .2g of the same weight. And oddly, one die among the six had the position of the 3 and 4 sides reversed from the rest (So when the 1 is on the top face, and the face towards me is the 5, all but one die has the 4 side on the left, and the 3 on the right, the one odd die obviously being the 3 on the left and 4 on the right when held in the same orientation.)I would also note that the dots on these die do not offer a lot of contrast, making it fairly easy to misread, I highly recommend using a bit of black fingernail polish (enamel) to fill them in, it not only makes them much easier to read, but also looks really nice if you take your time and do it right.So to sum it up, for the price they're very nice, but if you're a perfectionist and want your dice flawless, you'll probably either have to really pay up for a proper machinist to make them or make then yourself.
