I was tired of replacing lost cotter pins with hay wire or nails. After "mowing" the front wheel on my lawnmower I decided to go the SAFE WAY. This kit will cover most anything I will ever need. Not only am I happy with them, my neighbor just replaced the cotter pins on his riding mower with the pull pins from my assortment. I may have to get some more.

Needed to repair the wheel on a fertilizer spreader due to a missing pin. Purchased this product because of variety of sizes and the two types of pins included in the total count of 60 pieces. A few of the hairpins have sings of corrosion or missed spots during manufacturing process. No worries. The pins are good to have in your tool box/drawer. You never know when you will need these or duct tape.

I used cotter and hair pins for various repair jobs at home. Recently, I needed a cotter pin to complete a front ball joint replacement on my car. I found the perfect cotter pin in this assortment. A compartmentalized container for the pins would be nice, but would add to the cost. I'm happy with my purchase.

It's always nice to receive exactly what the description states in quantity, size & gauge.The box they come in is a bit all jumbled together which requires me to fiddle through to find the right one, but for the price is more than acceptable.
