The last ones I bought were better. A lot of the axels didn't fully connect to the wheels and would be too loose. Oddly enough, the kids would change out the wheels. Some fit and some didn't. I bought 2 bags so there were enough but I've had better in the past and these would have to be hot glued to actually stay in place.

My students made “Puff Mobiles” for wind energy and a few of the wheels broke. The wheels can be hard to attach to the axle for children, however they do roll well.
