This 12v power supply worked well to connect to a number of outdoor 12v lights to using barrel connectors. I set it up with only a few of the overall lights I'll end up using with this, but it worked well with the few I initially setup.

Great build quality , high wattage , continuous voltage mode or cv mode, overall a good led driver . But no ETL or UL unfortunately . Metal body .Decent price and ok buy.

A powerful power supply that can power multiple LED strips. It is well made and has 2 output cables that can be used with controllers that have multiple power input connections.

I am not paid for these reviews.This YIDIAN2023-brand 12-volt, 200-watt power supply effectively converts standard USA 110-volt power to 12-volt direct current, and supplies two circuits with up to 100 watts of power each, or can be set up to power one circuit with up to 200 watts of power. It simply plugs into any standard 110-volt wall outlet, too.This power supply comes with short-circuit, overload, over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protections built right in. It is easily surface-mounted in an unobtrusive location, and is all-but-completely waterproof. It is safe to locate this power supply outdoors if need be. It will handle more than 16 amps of current, too. I like this flexible, useful and well designed AC to DC power converter/LED power supply. I recommend it.

This seems to be a very well built power supply and works as advertised though I hadn't realized that the two sets of wires were 100W each, not just a second set that both power 200w. This might confuse some people (it did me).Packing for shipping is poor. It arrived damaged from inadequate packaging which caused damage. One of the wires (see photo), was pressed into the mounting tab and damaged. I stripped away the outer insulation to inspect it, and found that the inner wires were also damaged creating a potential short hazard.I should have returned it but, I waited too long to open the box, so I chose to repair it. I repaired inner wires and then the outer insulation with a healthy dose of electrical tape which should be fine but for outdoor application (mine is covered) this wouldn't be ideal.--- UPDATE--- Seller read my review and reached out to me on their own and offered to replace the item. This was unexpected but very welcome. New unit arrived in good condition, though it wasn't packed with any cushioning material at all so be sure to inspect your unit quickly after arrival to be sure it isn't damaged.

High-power (100 watts *2) enclosed in a waterproof extruded aluminum case. I have a large Christmas lights and music display that uses dozens of power supplies, most of which are enclosed in various types of waterproof outdoor boxes. When one fails, it's a non-trivial event to disassemble the box and remove and replace the power supply. I use supplies like this one as hot, spare backups so I have a ready source of power when I need one. Those PSUs are 350 watts, so this one is reasonably close as an emergency backup.The unit can be mounted to a wall or post, apparently without compromising its IP rating. I've seen similar power supplies that have a cooling fan on one end, so must be oriented with the vent opening pointed down. This leaves the AC power cord awkwardly pointing straight up. This supply doesn't have any of those issues.The power comes out on two different taps rated at 100 watts each. You can achieve the full 200 watt rating of the supply by bridging the taps together. Nice design.
