Weeping holes prevent condensation or moisture from remaining trapped. Suitable for use with vinyl or aluminum siding, shake, stucco or brick. 44 sq. Ins. This gable vent is a great product. I, on the other hand, made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. Because of my mistakes, I had to return this product. Had my measurements been correct, the installation would have been quick and easy.

Received on right time and package was well protected. Quality is good. Value for money spend. Its my 2nd year I have been using this. No issues so far. I do recommend this sincerely. There is no "screen". It just has slits in the plastic allowing it to vent, but sure won't keep bugs out. I will add actual screen behind it to make it work, but for that price, you would think they would come with what they advertise.

I ordered the vent it was supposed to be 18 x 24 when it arrived it was 17 x 23 I had to make a frame to make it fit.it was a lot of extra work I had to go buy wood,J channel and aluminum.. Once it was put in it looks nice but I was disappointed in the product .
