I ordered this product assuming that it would work on a Gibson furnace as indicated in the description. However, upon receiving it, I have discovered that it’s the same type of thermocouple that I ordered previously based on another description, not related to a gift in furnace. The picture shown looked like the original equipment, but in fact was just the same as the other product I ordered. The previous thermocouple worked so I’m going to keep this one as an extra, but be advised that although it will work on a Gibson furnace, the screw hole has to be modified and it’s a bit longer than the original but for the price it works based on an OEM part that cost at least five times as much.

My heater was going on sporadically. Had a friend look at it and said I needed this part. It fit and now my furnace is functioning beautifully.
