I bought this to replace the powerhead on a lousy 4 stroke Chinese air cooled outboard that came with a Jon boat I probably shouldn't have bought. Motor bolted right up to the lower unit I have.The gray part that covers the spark plug was smashed a little from shipping but its not a huge problem because of glue and stuff.I didnt do a very deep dive into it but i did pull the carb and air box to install a velocity stack and one of the carb screws were a little chowdered and cross threaded, not a big deal as i had replacements and they threaded in fine. The spacer between the carb and the crankcase was roughly finished and had a lot of burrs from the sanding process. I cleaned it up.Peppy little motor though, compression is very good; excited to get it on the water. I'll update the review when it blows up.
