This is a cute game for kids, and for a group of adult kids-at-heart. It's very basic, just a set of instruction cards and a set of shapes to stack on the base by following those cards. The box says it's for ages 3+ but I don't think a 3 year old would do too well at this. I wouldn't expect a kids younger than 5 to have too much success (but, of course, every kid is different).I ended up getting two of these by mistake. One came in a rigid plastic case, almost like a clear lunch box, while the other came in a cardboard box. It's the same game, but the one with the cardboard box is a problem because you end up playing some twisted game of Tetris trying to get all the pieces back into the box. Try to get the version with the clear plastic case.

My 7 year old really enjoyed playing this live building game. She played the traditional way and also made up some of her own rules. The colors are bold and the pieces are all very light weight. I wish the colors on the card corresponded to the colors on the blocks. That caused some confusion. I also think the 3D pieces representation is a little confusing on the cards. We ran out of cards fairly quickly, but it’s easy enough to reshuffle them and keep playing. I think this is a great game to help build motor skills. It also can be a solo game which is good for kids that are only children.

This item arrived in good time and in good condition. The stacking pieces are all smooth, without any burrs on them. They fit well together and since it comes with so many pieces, we can build some very complex and big items (if we can keep it balanced!).My only issue with it is that the box is too small to hold everything in nicely. We have to very carefully and meticulously put the pieces back in, otherwise it won’t all fit. That’s annoying. It shouldn’t have to take as long as it does to put away, but it does due to how small the box is. Even just another inch or so would have made things much easier (especially for younger children).

My family is huge on playing games, and we are always looking for something new to add to our collection. This game has been a big hit with all of us, from ages 9 to adult. The game is easy to learn and play. Pick a card, and place that shaped piece on the pedestal. Try to stack the pieces while keeping it all balanced and avoid tipping and pieces falling off.It plays quickly, and can be a but of a challenge depending on what card you pick and what piece you have to place.Overall nice quality. All plastic pieces, with cards.Fun addition to our family game nights. Definitely recommend!

Pretty fun family game with a “Tetris concept”. Though I ordered 64 pc set, the stand is quite small and really can’t hold more than 15-16 pcs so ideally the smaller set makes more sense. You can also use the card deck if desired for a more challenging game, and/or the destabilizing block that makes the stand rock/sway in a 360 direction for even harder level. I would certainly recommend the bigger set that the manufacturer consider using an adjustable width stand, otherwise it’s a complete waste of product. I would say anyone who can pick up a small piece and place it on something can pretty much play this game, the challenge is really in the ability to keep the stand balanced and prevent the stacked pieces from falling.

The box says for ages 3+. That seems pretty accurate. It's a good game for adults and children to play together. It seems pretty durably constructed. There's not much in the way of instructions except what is shown on the outside of the box. But it's pretty obvious how to play - add a piece at a time until someone topples the tower. The cards are optional. Without the cards, just alternate between players adding pieces. Played with my 5 y.o. granddaughter, and she loved it. We played a dozen or more times in a row. She liked to play with the cards. There aren't many cards. It would be nice to have about twice as many. We just had to shuffle them and use the deck over. Also would be nice if the blocks on the cards were in color to match the shape of the actual blocks. Some of the blocks have pieces that project to the side, so you can actually build a little sideways rather than always up.
