Esta grabadora me ha gustado por su facilidad de uso, diseño elegante y tamaño portátil. No he tenido que recargarla desde que la compré, y la he usado prolongadamente varios días.Me ha llamado especialmente la atención la función de activación por voz, porque ahorra memoria y evitar silencios innecesarios. 22 Apr 2025: I was delighted to have the opportunity to request this voice recorder for review. I'm sort of a technical person, but there are people in my life who are not. Sometimes they need a simple voice recorder, for instance for a doctor's appointment. This recorder is SO EASY for them to use (perhaps with me on the back-end to download the recording). Literally, you just charge the thing up, hand it to them and tell them to flip the switch on to record, and then flip it off when they're done. Another useful instruction might be to set it down on a table when recording (or put it in a place where it's not rattling around). That's it! That's literally all they have to know!After making a recording, you can play it back one of two ways. The first way is through the included earbuds, which plug into a control keypad, which plugs into the recorder. When you plug everything in and turn the recorder on, it automatically goes into playback mode, replaying the last recording. After that, it plays the next to last recording, and so forth. The key pad gives you volume control and lets you skip forwards and backwards to other recordings (but not to review content of the same recording).The other way to play back the recording, which I think is far better, is simply to plug the recorder into the computer, using either the USB-A or USB-C cable (both included). When you open the contents of the recorder/drive, you will see a "RECORD" folder, which contains all the recordings. Double-click to play them with the MP3 player of choice on your computer.But beyond the simplicity and user friendliness is a capable, semi-expert-friendly device, with customizable operational parameters. (The default settings are all very good, by the way.) When viewing the contents of the drive with your computer, you'll see a very simple and clearly labeled time setting utility that grabs the time from your computer and puts it on the recorder, so that the recordings are all correctly time/date-stamped. There's also a .txt file with user-settable parameters: date/time format for labeling recordings; recording/microphone sensitivity; voice activation mode/sensitivity; recording bit rate (8x the sampling frequency in Hz); recording segmentation time (breaks up long recording into shorter files - default 2 hr); and noise reduction level.The voice activation mode is potentially quite useful. Basically, when there is sound in the room, the device records, and when the sound stops, it pauses the recording. A value of 0 defeats the voice activation mode, and values from 1 to 7 enable it and adjust its sensitivity. The manufacturer suggests a setting of 1 or 2. However, a setting of 5 worked best for me. (I have a soft voice.) The higher the level, the more sensitive the voice trigger is.You can get a LOT of voice recording on this device. Using the default setting of 128 kb/s, which is 16 kHz at 8 bits per sample, you have an upper frequency range of about 7.3 kHz, which is the upper useful range of voice recordings. If you have dog hearing, you might want a higher sample rate, but anything beyond 256 kb/s would be pointless. At the default 128 kb/s sampling rate, with the 64 GB of memory in my unit, it is possible to record 1128 hours (or 47 days) before running out of memory! (You can clear the memory by deleting the recordings via your computer.)I was curious to test this recorder in one of my pockets or in my purse or computer bag side pocket. I found that it worked well in each of these locations. However, if you're walking around, you will make a lot of rustling sound on the recording.I discovered one little bonus that I thought was fun: When you have the recorder plugged into your computer, you can transfer MP3 files from your computer to the recorder (which is essentially a flash drive with a microphone). Put them in the "RECORD" folder. Then you can play back the MP3 using the earbuds and keypad. I loaded up Simon and Garfunkle's "America" and listened to it through a pair of nice cans. The sound was fabulous. And yes, it was in stereo.About quality: The device is solid and feels well made. The earphones seem nice, but they are rather lacking (not surprisingly) in bass. (That's fine if all you're interested in is voice recordings.) The microphone is quite good and quite sensitive. Be aware that it records in monaural, though. The sound quality of the recorder itself is excellent if you use quality headphones with it. Instructions come in English and Spanish. The English is good. The print is very small, but certainly not the worst I've seen. The QR codes for helpful videos and instruction manuals in other languages don't appear to work, but I'm sure the manufacturer will fix that. (Perhaps the sample sent to me was "pre-market.")Cons (minor quibbles): The earbuds sound a bit tinny. The LED is tiny and buried in a hole, so you have to look down the hole to see it. The button pad is difficult to read; however, if you use a white paint pen, you can lay white paint into the recesses and gently wipe away the excess with an alcohol-soaked paper towel. I saw no way to record WAV files. Perhaps they removed that option. However, recording WAV files would be a bit silly with this little recorder anyway. Finally, a little bag or case would have been nice to organize the recorder, cables, earbuds, instructions, and keypad. If you lose the keypad, for instance, you won't be able to listen to the sound through earbuds. Your only way to play back recordings would be by downloading them to your computer. Everything else is generic, but DO NOT lose the little control keypad!I have to say this little recorder greatly exceeded my expectations. I can recommend it enthusiastically. The suggested price is EUR 30, and I think people won't be disappointed at that price point.
