NOT 32 GB. I ordered these because I needed a 32 GB drive. Thy say they are 32GB. They are not. They are 29.2 GB. I call that false advertising or worse. Further research tells me this is what normal. Two different rating systems. Microsoft, the manufacturer, and most likely Amazon know this. They get their $$ and cause additional problems. All they would have to do is note this to the novice like myself.
