The adhesive back is the worst part! If it was just laminated and I could staple it to my bulletin board, it would work great! Very durable. Not sure why it doesn't stick well to my bulletin board, but it makes it very frustrating to put up and I ended up having to staple it anyway to try and keep it from peeling and even then, it's showing places it's come off the bulletin board.
