The tub arrived in decent time. However, after over $1.000 in plumbing costs, the control valve for the jets was defective and leaked badly. Empava agreed to replace the tub which meant that we had to uninstall it, dispose of it and pay the plumber a second time for installation. Empava agreed to contribute a whopping $250 toward the reinstall work but, 3 weeks later, we have yet to receive that reimbursement. Despite all that hassle and cost, I do like the tub….other than it is very noisy with the jets on. Our tap water was 90+ degrees when I got in the tub. With the heater on, it was up to 104 degrees 30 minutes later. Very nice heat maintenance!! Now that I have a working tub, my next challenge is figuring how to dampen the noise of the motor and get the $250 that Empava offered to help cover the cost to install the 2nd tub.Update…..Empava support now says they will not reimburse for the second install. Buyer beware!!! Costly install and defective oroduct along with deceptive customer service.

I don't normally order things the size of a whirlpool tub online, but this is the one we wanted, and it was a great price. What really made it outstanding was the superior level of customer support and service I received with it. I had a minor problem with the tub that arrived and communicated with Empava Customer Service. I received an immediate response, and that response was far beyond what I had expected from a company I knew very little about. They went beyond making everything right. They improved on the item I had a problem with (a valve) and sent me one that was stronger and better. It was a very easy fix and resolved all the issues. I give them my highest and most heartfelt rating of a solid 5 stars on their product, their price and above all else, a demonstrated commitment to their customers that extends far past the initial purchase of their product. Great job to Empava and their customer support!

Jacuzzi tub came with no waterfall valve. The video shows an adjustment control for the stream. (Video shows a relaxing small waterfall on both sides. It actually overlaps and splashes everywhere with force including the floor and walls. The side jets are not working either. Not happy at all with this tub! Read the reviews before you waste your money.

We ordered two of these tubs for a pretty massive remodel. They arrived and sat for a while in our garage because the plumber was behind and couldn't get to our job. When we finally opened them up and began installation they were as beautiful as the pictures and very comfortable. There was one small defect in one of the tubs and we had to return it but it was past the Amazon return by date. However, Empava customer service was wonderful to work with and efficiently got the return and replacement taken care of. Hopefully we don't have to remodel again any time soon, but we are definitely going to recommend Empava products to our friends who are. Thank you, Empava, for being incredibly easy to work with!

This is a beautiful tub, and I liked it in my space so much, I ordered it TWICE. Unfortunately, both tubs arrived cracked (one photo per tub). I finally just decided to get a full refund and shop somewhere else. Also, there’s nothing included to attach the drain to the plumbing line, so that was frustrating.Some folks have managed to get a perfectly good product, so I would just recommend, if you decide to buy, open the crate immediately upon delivery and remove the protective packaging to make sure you’re good to go.

Installation was pretty easy. Looks awesome and more comfortable then I expected. It actually fits two adults on opposite sides. Great buy. Pricey but worth it .

Love the shape of this tub! It hugs you and is so comfy. I do wish we went a little bigger for our space, but honestly for our body size (5’3 & 5’11) it works great. A trick I learned from my aunt was to insulate the hollow walls before installing to keep your water warm for hours. It really works great and was super easy!

Until I got this product, I got good customer service.The bathtub is great, too.Tub is very spacious for soaking. It is good size for 2 adults, one over 6 feet. The tub is sleek and modern. Easy to install
