i am using these on each end of my 1/2" ID silicone tubing coming in and going ove off my march pump and kettle/mash tun. I am using it to limit the amount of drippage out of the silicone hose and the mess sweet wort makes. the fit is perfect and the clips work. it does not work very good as a regulating valve, it is best as a on/off valve with the tubing
