@roaming_smallthese are one of those things you see in the catelog and then they arrive and you’re like wait wrf is the use case for this exactly? its a custom item, they leave it all up to you.you’re already perfectly setup to tap a 6-32 hole, but 80/20 typically uses 82° countersunk flathead 8-32 screws in their other linear products so you you could use your .109” hole as a pilot to drill out a #18 (tight fitting ) or #19 (loose fitting) through hole if you’re fastening them to a nut or your mating piece Or drill a #29 hole then follow up with a 8-32 tap, countersink i, and bolt the mating piece to the linear bearing. Just figure out how long you need for your screws and you can get everything on mcmaster.hope this helps as you didn’t mentionwhat your application/idea is but you could possibly save the effort and use item number 6705 or 6783 instead for a more ready to use option (think you would need to get some appropriate screws and 2 hole sliding nuts for these, ( forget if they’re included) and a small length of extrusion, or just a board or something i guess to mount your sliding object toalso, another really good option if you just need to bolt something on and make it slide quick and dirty - check out @davekintz58 on eBay. he makes his own one piece HDPE blocks in various sizes you just slide on from the end and they have pre drilled mounting holes. good guy too, he messed my order up once and sent out a bunch of extra goodies to make it up to me.note: not an 80/20 employee or being paid by Dave Kintz, just based on my personal experience and testing(though i’d gladly accept some 💸💸💸 if this post brings him business 😝)

These fit perfectly and slide or glide smoothly. They will work exactly as I wanted but I wish they had a slightly larger hole in them for mounting.I was originally going to glue them to the items that I want to slide in the aluminum extrusion but I have changed materials and would now like to attach them using screws and the little hole is extremely small. It has been very difficult to find something that can be used to mount them and there does not seem to be any "recommended" hardware.
