Item was heavy duty, but it wobbles which causes our hamster to have to stop and start again. Not pleased.

Overall it’s an okay product. However, there’s chipping in various places, and it comes with no instructions. I had trouble figuring out how to assemble it. The plastic if very cheaply made, and it’s hard to align the squares to it tightens perfectly for a noiseless experience. It’s not an overall bad product, but I’m glad I have another wheel for my hamster. In my opinion for future reference for the company, please put in instructions, and insure that there’s no chipping before shipping. I do understand that the shipping more than likely happened during the shipping process, but I feel that it should be payed attention to the fact that there is chipping on the product. On a side note- it is noiseless and easy to clean. Its looks nice and sleek.

Perfect size for a relatively smaller hamster like robos, with ridges for their feet. Plus it’s appealing compared to some of the others
