This part is indistinguishable from the original equipment part as far as functionality, appearance, features, fonts and icons used on the buttons, the "feel" of the buttons, the button "detents" that activate the auto-up and down features...it's all OEM quality and fit!It couldn't be easier to install, just pry the original control panel by lifting up with a plastic pry tool to bring the control panel out of the door-card! Simply pry "up" with something that won't mar the surfaces (plastic trim tools are best, but honestly a plastic fork or spoon will work too).This costs pennies on the dollar for the OEM part and faithfully reproduces ALL features including the backlighting of the buttons in OEM matching color!I can't tell the two items apart once I removed the original...except for the Jeep sticker on the original one. Keep in mind that the vehicle manufacturers don't make these parts - they design and purchase them...this part is such a good replacement for the original part that I'm not sure it's not produced by the same contact manufacturer...and jus not "marked up" by the dealership!Fixed my window issue, works just like new!

This switch was a perfect fit for the 2014 Grand Cherokee. Just lift up gently on the old switch, pops out quick. Press the release button on the wiring clip and gently remove the clip from the socket. Installation is the reverse and easy. This switch worked great and returned full functionality to the driver side controls, looks great too!
