The material is soft, easy to put together. Cuahions still wrinkly after a week. The backrest pillow did not have nearly enough fill, but I was replacing a broken recliner that donated its cushion fill material and now I'm happy with it.

I start this review with a disclaimer…the couch gets 5 stars, the company, 3.5. I mistakenly checked out with the wrong address. Before the item was shipped I tried to correct it, but was met with little help. Normally the incorrect address wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but I knew the address it was going to, I wouldn’t see my package. Explaining this to the company did nothing to help my plight, but I was able to contact USPS and have it held at a station for pick up. So just don’t mess up the shipping and all will be right with your world!This couch is very heavy and comes in a box. You do have to assemble. The back, sides, seats and legs come in pieces. You have everything you need to assemble. Recommend having a helper just to hold things in place. It is very comfortable and super cute in the space. I love this almost as much as my pink couch!

I bought this chaise when it arrived I unpacked it. When I tried to assemble the chaise I noticed the company sent me two arms both of the same side. They were supposed to send a left arm and right arm. Also there where missing pre drill holes. The chaise cannot be assembled so it’s useless. I’ve hadissues returning the chaise with the company I wouldn’t recommended this company.

Love the chair. It fits perfectly in my bedroom and is extremely comfortable. I just wish it set a little higher off the ground and definitely was some issues putting it together. Outside of that great purchase
