Good quality. Initial smell but faded quickly. Easy to install. Like the pockets and the generous air vent. Cushy but solid. Dogs do slip a bit with harder stops or sharp turns. I like it.

This is definitely a deluxe dog seat cover. The hard bottom means steadier footing for the dog rather than hanging fabric. The end panels keep the dog from marring the door. The smooth surface is easy to clean. It has pockets for various items. It has a lead that buckles into a seatbelt socket to anchor the dog, although would be better attached to a harness than the collar, which is how it appears in the picture. This is far better than our previous seat cover.2 aspects are not so desirable but are inherent in the design. First, when the side is down so the dog can get in, it covers the seat and protects it, which is good, but the smooth surface means there is no particularly good place for the dog to place its feet if it needs an intermediate step on the way up. The side can be rolled up or tucked under if necessary. Second, at least in this Subaru Impreza, the edge of the side flap by the back seat has a little extra fabric that bunches up at the bottom, so it is a little more of a hassle to zip it up. It wouldn't be a problem with taller seats.

I only have positive things to say about this seat cover! First, the material is a smooth leather which makes it so much easier to clean! I can wipe it right off or vacuum fur up! My pups are shedders so after car rides their hair is everywhere. That smooth surface allows the fur to come right up.Second, installation was SO easy. I literally installed it in less than 3 minutes! Just a couple of clicks and some length adjustments and good to go. This makes taking out super easy as well; being able to transition from dog transport to people transport takes only moments. The seat cover folds up nicely for storage as well.Last, strength-the extender that goes over the space between the front and back seats is super strong. My 80 lb dog can easily lay down in that spot with no sagging. This could be used for long trips and hold up easily! This is definitely a 5 star product -no doubt, no regrets!!

I wasn't sure how well this would fit in a larger backseat in a larger vehicle with a larger dog than shown in the pictures but it fits like a glove. And as long as the dog stays on the seat portion, which mine seems to know to do, then it's not going to crease or anything. I was also pleased to see that the inserts are not a brittle plywood like in so many pet products but rather a corrugated plastic that you can easily replace or add more for additional strength.It set up in seconds, even not having done it before. I keep the sides lowed down to keep hair from getting under the seat but having protection for the side doors would be a good idea too. It would be nice if there was both.I'm pleased with the material. It matches the vehicle interior color in my case.Now for my usual PSA, you should not travel with your dog outside of a carrier. Crash tests have shown that it's not a risk of fatality for your pet but also for occupants of the vehicle. I would use this product in conjunction with a pet carrier for best protection. Not just for your vehicle's interior but also the occupants and your pet.

This is a very nice seat cover. Folds up nice when you need to remove it, and sets up easily and pretty quickly. I didn’t notice any flaws in the material or the construction. I’m pretty sure it will hold up well. I have a 20 lb. dachshund who when he travels pretty much lays down and stays there, but I’m sure if he does get up and walk around that his nails won’t damage it. I like the solid base, so there is no sagging between the back seat and the backs of the front seats. The cover I had been using covered that area, but more like a hammock, so if he got off the seat there was going to be a bit of a drop off (only two or three inches though, not a drop to the floorboard).I have a Ford Maverick pickup, and unfortunately, it does not have a 60/40 split rear bench. But I do like the 60/40 split on this cover. I rarely have anyone in the backseat, but if I do, I will be able to fold it over so a passenger can sit in the back without having to remove the cover entirely.My one issue with the cover is that it is just a bit too big for my Maverick. I’m tall, so the driver seat is all the way back, and the passenger seat is usually all the way back as well. As such, the cover doesn’t fit perfectly. I guess I could pull the seat up an inch or so and it might be perfect. I will try that soon and see if it fits better and it doesn’t have an adverse effect on driving comfort. I’m not going to gig the seat cover for that issue though because had I checked the measurements, I would have known. Besides, it still fits. I’m also going to have to put my rear seat headrests back in to hold the back of the cover up better. Same issue with my older cover. Just rigged it so it holds up. (Yes, I removed the headrests because no one sits back there).Also, I like the pouches and the mesh between the driver and passenger front seats. Also included was a chew toy for the pup. Nice touch.Would I recommend? Definitely.

All looked great for this dog bed in my new car - but the second day we used it the zipper broke between the 60 and 40 cushion sections. The metal plate popped off of one side of the zipper - where you thread the 2 pieces together then pull the zipper head up. This break means the zipper teeth won't stay together. I'm not looking forward to returning this item with any hopes a replacement will be better.

Great coverage. This fit well in a 2023 Buick encore back seat. Very durable and easy to clean. And when I’m not doing pick ups I can just easily removal it and put it in the trunk. Lays pretty flat.
