Warning
Before driving, it is recommended to remove the schrader valve extension from the tire.
The design of the stem extension is not suitable for wheels in high-speed operation. High-speed rotation and vibration may cause loosening and air leakage risks.
For your safety and user experience considerations, be sure to tighten the threads on the valve core, and the cap on the valve core also needs to be tightened before it can exert its airtight effect.

These are good and the finish has held up, but since they attach to the existing valve stem it will depend on the length of that stem how easy it is to fill the tire with one hand as these extensions due to their length add leverage. But they work great if you just couldn't reach your stem with a straight shaft air-chuck.
