These are great cleaning clothes. They clean well and seem to be durable (long lasting). My wife swears by them. They're less harsh than the "green scratchies" and clean just as well or better.

They get the job done and do not scratch dinnerware. I have already order my second batch. They do last a long while and do not stink up quick like sponges.

These dishcloths work well, but can scratch (see photo of glass jar). The jar had hardened sourdough residue and had been soaking in water. The dishcloth was very effective, and the residue came right off. The detailed spoon I had used also came clean easily. When I rinsed the jar, I noticed a couple of grey scratches. These are on the outside of the jar, and my fingernail catches in them. So the cloth must have scratched through some kind of coating. Then I cleaned a steel pot using the cloth and steel cleaner, and the results were the same as a normal scouring pad. Next I used it on my stove with a non-abrasive cleanser. This worked far better than the green scouring pads I’ve been using, I’m extremely happy with the results. The cloth was pretty dirty so I rinsed and rubbed it a little – most of the chunks and dirt came out. I then threw it in the washer on warm with a bit of nonchlorine bleach. The second photo is before I washed it, the last photo shows it came out a little stained but definitely has a lot of life left. I initially wanted to keep it on the sink, in spite of the fact that I’d now have 3 germ storage devices sitting there. But the fact that it did scratch the glass coating means it will be stored under the sink for heavy duty use only. Pros: cuts through stubborn sludge and baked on grease, and comes clean in the washing machine. Con: it can scratch certain coatings. So I do recommend it, but be careful where you use it.
