Great staging set for those who are doing product design. I was able to use these geometric backdrops to enhance my product photography on perfumes, home frangerces, and a small line of cosmetics. The props are very light-coated foam that has a textured paint applied on each piece. The aesthetics are very modern and appealing which really enhances the overall look. I like the fact that the material also stays relatively clean and it's light enough to store in a secure space. I'm pleased with the product for what I use it for.

These definitely add texture and a little something extra to product photos. We did a quick mock up session with some jewelry we had on hand in studio and the results were good. We spent maybe 5 minutes setting everything up and another 5 minutes shooting a bunch of products. All with our really low quality phone cameras. The results really speak for themselves. I can't wait to use this with our product clients in the future.

These props are lightweight and well-built. The non-standard shapes make for fun risers and platforms. I included pictures (from my cell phone) at different angles so you can see how light plays on the textures and the pleasantly muted finish.The pieces definitely have a "front" and back, where they paint is more finished from one angle and somewhat sloppy from other angles, with globs and prominent seems. The same goes for "top" and underside. But from the "correct" sides, they look very good.Be careful if using these props on top of easily scratched backdrops, as the rough texture seems likely to leave scuffs. I realized after my test that I also need to use backdrops that can withstand being wiped down, as the props left behind lots of tiny debris, some of which I might have dumped out directly from the plastic packaging. On second use, there was much less cleanup to do.
