As there are way too many brightly colored strawberries packed too closely together, you have to be an enormous fan of strawberries to use this product without modification. That is, to set out the bouquets intact. Just as often, and especially in this case, I think a lot of people want to use it as I did, for accents. That's a little challenging because the metal armor inside the plastic is the strongest I've seen by far. It's the same issue if you just want to shorten the stems. I used my best pliers to soften them up with a lot of side to side bending and then my sharpest clippers to cut individual strands (don't try to do it in a bunch). In a final step I had to rebend the stubs with the pliers. Lastly, I took the reduced strawberries and buried them in other greenery. This worked!

These are nice well made strawberry flower bouquets. The bouquets make great centerpieces for party's. I got these bouquets for my strawberry themed baby shower .
