These fin screws are much easier to use that the traditional screwdriver type ones and don't need any tools so if you take your fin off for transport they are much quicker and less hassle. No need to wander round the carpark trying to beg a screwdriver off someone.You can't get them quite as tight as a screw type retainer, and you would need a pair or pliers to really nip them up, but you can certainly get them tight enough for a surf. If you do them up finger tight you'l notice some vibration if you crank into a very fast bottom turn, but perfectly serviceable.You get a pack of six, so you have spares for when you ineveitably lose them, and they're made from stainless steel and don't corrode in salt water. For less than a quid each you can't go wrong.

Not much to say really... They work great for paddle board fins. Useful to keep a few spares, as they always disappear in the sand.
