I found one review online which indicated it was great for the price, I can confirm, no discernable hum / noise from the device itself, be careful where you plug it in, when plugged into my PC for power it produced a horrible static hum noise. When put in place attached to a usb enabled power strip there was no noise. I am using a set of Bluetooth speakers that have aux imput as a wired stereo setup and pressed up against a wall plugged into my turn table the bass was horrible, I was able to eq them to a useable state. I would probably not use this on my high end studio monitors, but for eq'ing some basic speakers this thing worked perfectly.
