I've used this stand 3 times and all 3 times it leaned very bad even with the water weights and no balloons on it yet. You can't tell that much in the first 2 pictures but the last one was my last ditch effort to make it work. The poles don't fit snuggly together so I think that in combination with there not being enough weight on the bottom for the 7ft. circumference makes it wobbly.

This was very nice but it didn’t not stay upright well. Even with the weights on it, it leaned.

Easy to assemble, parts seem pretty sturdy when assembled, well painted. Will be perfect when i use the weighted bags on the base. Only issue is i ordered 7ft and it definitely came 8.3ft per its package diagram, i couldnt even assemble it in my house as I have standard 8ft ceilings 😅 (but luckily ceilings are very high in event space) My cover i bought for a 7ft hoop JUST barely fit, so gonna just take it as a win lol... 🏆
