These are not deep well sockets. These are long sockets with a shallow well. Ignore the description. These cannot be used for spark plugs.

For a do it yourself we at home in a pinch these are okay sockets, but the magnets are not strong enough to hold the spark plugs in the socket for removal. The price is absolutely right, I really like the swivel design and the functionality of the swivel, but I would not purchase these again for my work since I am a mechanic both day and night, however if the magnet was stronger I would absolutely purchase them again. They need to have a stronger magnet this was the whole purpose that I purchased the set.

Fits exactly where I need them to fit in between intake manifolds of some cars (i don't work on a huge variety mercedes,ford,toyota,chev, mazda)

This product is a very poor design spring-loaded to keep the extended piece upward will be very wobbly when spring depressing not retract I mistakenly ordered two different sets with different names of the same design

I work on small engine repair and I often come into scenarios where the spark plugs are at an angle. The swivel function of the sockets help get enough leverage on the spark plug while preventing stripping the nut. The magnet holds the spark plug in the socket for easy removal and installation. The different sizes are great for using on my vehicles as well. All the sockets are easy stored in the plastic hard shelled casing for easy storage.

Item arrived in a blow mold case and has highly visible markings for sizes. I have been purchasing one off units for specific jobs but decided to order this a more complete kit. The kit price point is very attractive compared to single pricing.Overall, a good fit and finish. The swivels seem smooth and the thin walls fit the spark plug wells nicely. Sizing is a nice assortment and even includes the metric 14mm.One of the big upgrades for me is "Magnetic". I have been tired of the little rubber thingy in old school plug sockets. It falls out or stays with the plug upon re-insertion. Especially with applications where the plug is recessed deep in the heads.A win for my toolbox at a good price point.

I used this set to replace the spark plugs on my 2016 Honda Accord. I specially used the 5/8" 12pt socket with 11" extension and it removed my 6pt spark plugs s no problem. I like how it has its magnetic so it takes out the spark plug and install new one's safely without it falling back in the hole. I also like how the extension swivels which it makes it very convenient for tight spots. It also comes with small carry case which is convenient. Definitely recommend toolset when replacing spark plugs.

This is a very complete set of 3/8" spark plug sockets, likely any size you'd ever need. They come in a clearly labeled case that holds them securely.The sockets are well finished and appear to be made of high quality steel. They are also thin walled which is beneficial for tight spaces.The big advantage, however, is the fact they are magnetic. The magnetism is strong enough to hold the spark plugs very securely. It seems like a small thing, but that feature makes this set so much easier to use.

I was able to change the spark plugs on my vehicle, without issue, thanks to these magnetic sockets. The plugs are secure when lifting and when installing, and the fit and finish of these sockets is very good. I used a breaker bar to remove the old set of spark plugs.
