Part fit as promised and saved us a fortune by fixing it ourselves. No one in town would sell us this part because they insisted they would have to put it in. They would have made over a grand easily just on labor excluding the part. Excellent purchase and took 30 minutes to fix.

Old motor was not working properly so the furnace would shut off. I was going to wait until the weekend to replace but wife thought otherwise. Got my socket wrench out, removed five steel screws, removed old motor and replaced it. Took about ten minutes. Fits perfectly and works.

Our furnace was not working and I suspected it was the draft inducer motor. The HVAC technician confirmed the issue and went our to his truck to get me a replacement price. I did a quick search on my phone and found this EXACT REPLACEMENT MOTOR in just a couple minutes. The price was $164. The technician came back in a offered me “a deal” at $1,208.... installed. (which equated into 1 electrical connection, a ground wire and less than a dozen sheet metal screws. I showed him what I found and he had mo words. I sent him packing and fixed it myself in about 20 minutes... saving myself over $1,000.Thanks! Works great.

This was a perfect replacement for my Trane 80 XL 1994 furnace. The original motor had 7021-7986 as the part number.Old motor burned out so I called my HVAC guy for a replacement. He quoted me thousand dollars for the part and install. I found this part on here and had my Handyman install it. It took about 15 minutes for him to swap out the old one with this one. This price is even cheaper than buying direct from the sellers website CSH Electric Motor Supply. This doesn't come with a gasket, fortunately we were able to reuse it from the original part.
