This is a good quiet OEM motor but no excuse for not including the wires for connections. After all the work around of mounting the on the new motor, & improvised by cutting the original wires flush from the old motor to crimp new leads for connections. Yet it wasn't long enough to connect to new motor. I thought I have to buy new wire for extension. Fortunately I was able to bend the connection lead on the motor in order for the wire to barely reach. If the connection on the motor are oriented & mount on the same side then there will be no issue.So word of caution if you're going to buy this motor. Before you mount it make sure your wirings are long enough or have extra wires handy, otherwise prepare to waste more time & effort to make a trip to hardware store. Assuming that you don't need to have yur furnace up & running due to extreme cold weather. NO EXCUSE TO NOT INCLUDE NEW WIRINGS & NO INSTRUCTIONS. THE LEAST THE SELLER CAN DO IN THIS CASE IS WARN OF NO WIRES INCLUDED. DON'T CHEAP OUT A FEW $ & SHIP OUT PART TO NOT INCLUDE THE LAST THING NEEDED -- WIRING. NOT COOL!!!
