Shipping was pretty good and the motor worked perfectly out of the box and already had the connectors on the wire ends! It was pretty much bolt up and plug in. The description is accurate it does fit and line up identical to the part number given in the description but the one difference from the original part number is the replacement doesn’t have a ground wire. Everything’s metal in there so I don’t see a real need for one anyway but in an abundance of caution I added a ground to the mounting bracket grounding to furnace panel. Can’t have two many grounds:-)

Direct replacement on YORK unit. This is complete 220 VAC motor with squirrel cage and blower housing and wire leads with stake ons. Plugged directly to relay terminals. I had the old one not spinning, but humming stalled, without tripping breaker. After trouble shooting the valve, ignitor, and pressure switch, I realized the motor wasn't spinning, rather just humming with power applied. A quick check would have told me it wasn't moving any air and I would have went straight to this solution, but live and learn. That's me.
