This is a great and little nifty tool to have in your RC car tool collection. It’s really straightforward and it does. What’s as advertise. It was made incredibly well with really good metal. It makes tire changing incredibly quick and easy. It’s an incredibly useful tool for your RC cars. I would definitely recommend this to my RC car community. The price is fair and definitely worth it.

The pole which is what makes the handle slides out way too easily. It's a nice idea but the bar needs some way to stay secured when you need to. One side is 17mm and the other is 12mm so it's useful for most rc parts. It doesn't bite very well onto bolts but still gets the job done. The one thing that really makes it tough to use is the handle that just falls through the holes.

Well-machined anodized aluminum RC wheel nut tool that will work with most 1/8, 1/10, and smaller scale RC wheel nuts. Comes with a removable steel rod and two different hole positions for 17mm or 7mm hex nut applications. Small size fits into any tool bag. This is a must tool for any RC enthusiast on the go at a very affordable price!

This wrench is a must have for your RC go bag. It is made incredibly well and makes tire changes or vehicle repair a breeze. I like that the wrench itself is made out of aluminum while the handle is steel (it sticks to a neodymium magnet). The combo let's you quickly remove or tighten wheels and does not take as much room as the old socket set. My only observations are that this could be improved by making the steel bar tapered so that it does not fallout of the socket when in use. Additionally, it would be nice if the handle mounted or stored inside of the socket for even faster access. For the price ($9.99 at time of review) I definitely recommend picking up one of these wrenches!

Overall this is a really useful tool, I have small scale and big scale cars and this tool makes it easy for working on them, I just leave it on the work bench and it’s ready to go, my only complaint is the removable bar as it’s easy to get lost or miss placed, otherwise this tool it great.

Edit: 12/31/24 - I used this a couple times over the weekend and it frustrated me so much that I have to update my rating. This thing sucks! The rod always falls out after every turn because you need to regrip the tool. For every wheel I had to remove the rod fell out and rolled onto the ground and I had to fish it out of the corner with my foot. I am not opposed to the idea of it being double sided and the rod removing, I am opposed to it just floating in there! It should have a spring loaded bearing that allows it to pop in place so it doesn't just fall out. An even more simple option would be just rubber bushings that would require it to be wedged into the slot. I just don't want it falling out. The only pro to this thing other than it having 2 different sides is that you can slip in onto the hex and screw or unscrew it by hand once it is loose and only need the rod to tighten or break it loose. It need a redesign!I am with most others who say the rod that goes through the wrench should stay put. It should have a notch and pop in or even magnetize. I think it is great that you can use it for 7mm or 17mm but once you put the tool in your box it just falls out and you have dig out the rod. I don't understand the design of the rod, it is rounded on one end but not the other. Overall it does its job and is as versatile as you would hope it just needs some revision.
