This is a very nice DIN cap and plug set. The quality is very good for the money. The threads are clean and smooth. I've got a mini excavator that uses DIN fittings and this set makes it convenient for identifying the size of my hydraulic fittings.

This is a nice and heavy set of cap and plugs. All parts look and feel like good quality and comes in a carry case. So handy and complete. Not the fanciest but good enough for most jobs.Price is reasonable so good price for a good set of plugs.

This is an awesome set. Each piece mates perfectly with its counterpart and the seals are in great condition. Hopefully, I won't need to use this often but it's nice to know that I have it on hand. The case is durable and probably more than enough to protect these in the field.Thank you.

Well made DIN cap and plug kit for testing and sealing DIN size hydraulic lines and components for testing or repair. There is a variety of sizes and should cover most of the common lines and fittings one would encounter. The caps and plugs are in a cheap plastic case that is pretty flimsy. The fittings themselves are durable. Good value for these caps and plugs.

I'm a machinist and do hydraulic cylinder repair/rebuilds occasionally. These are perfect for capping off equipment and cylinders to prevent oil leaks.The "hasty" construction of these plugs is obvious; rough tool marks inside, some dings, and inconsistent surface finish on the top of each plug. But let's be real: These are going to get absolutely annihilated with greese and grime, and beat up with tools, dragged on the ground, etc. I wouldn't have recommended wasting time making them any nicer. They are also the cheapest plug set on amazon right now.All of the threads are in spec(I measured) and as a result, these will all function perfectly.I haven't checked hardness of the material. I don't intend to use these for live, operating, hydraulic systems, but if the strength is comparable to mild steel they should be fine for systems at a couple ksi. I'd really like the manufacturer to specify a maximum pressure rating though, before I would trust them at higher pressures.The case itself is sufficient, but I wouldnt expect it to survive a big drop. Also, the larger plugs are fit into space that was very roughly cut out of the foam by hand. Frankly, that seems silly. Still, I'm happy to have the case.Overall, I'd happily buy this set again if I needed more plugs.

These things are so expensive. It's crazy to me. It's like $80. They are, however, machined very well. The threads are perfectly smooth for each piece I've used so far. And they hold up to all the pressure I've thrown at them so far. Function exactly as they should. But that price!
