Attention

Maintenance and Repair of Window Regulator
- During regular maintenance of the electric lifter, all moving parts of the motor should be cleaned. The shaft sleeve of the transmission part should be filled or replaced with lubricating grease. The wear marks and carbon deposits on the surface of the motor steering gear should be sanded with No. 00 sandpaper. Diamond gauze should not be used.

Very happy to find that this window motor & regulator fit right inside the door panel and lined up with the existing mounting holes, eliminating the need for drilling new ones. I also appreciated that it came with its own set of hardware, which is a hit or miss when it comes to automotive parts like this, whether OE or aftermarket, doesn't really seem to be dependent upon quality. The motor is pretty smooth, but I do notice a slight difference in the speed it operates, but it's only noticeable when comparing it to the other 3 (which in my case are either 20+ year old OE, or aftermarket replacement anyway) when running them all at once. When run alone, not noticeable to me at all, and besides, it's a passenger window anyway for my two decade old Honda anyway, I'm just happy that the motor fit and does indeed operate, but to my surprise there no real noticable difference in the operation.
