the threading on the thread side is not threaded right the female adapter wouls not thread true it went in crooked

Valve fit correctly and was in good order, to spite the fact it was shipped in a foil bag and not a box. Wish it was boxed to avoid damage to the handle, but I inspected the valve and it was in good working order.
