They distribute the flame well but have nothing directly to do with the flavor. Unless, of course, they have cherry flavor bars, or mesquite, honey/cedar or something. These must be metal flavor bars if you're going for that metal flavor barBque.

Price is excellent for these bars. It's not necessary to pay for the weber brand since these do the job nicely.

The "flavorizer" bars on my small Weber gas grille were deteriorating with excessive rust and holes. These replacements should do the job for a few more years. Hopefully, the Chinese manufacturer did not put too many "toxics" in the metal!

I bought these to replace my originals by Weber for my Spirit II. Hard to tell if they’re exactly the same since mine basically desintegrated, but they look similar to what I remember. They fit exactly the same as well.I have been using them regularly since end of October and they are holding up just fine. No fumes or flare-ups. Heat distribution seems to be just fine as well. I would recommend them.

Seems to fit the grill just fine. Not sure about its durability compared to the original weber flavorizer bars, but I can't imagine it could be any worse. (The weber originals rusted out after 5 years.)
