This is one of the worst and most time consuming mistakes I made on my build. It started leaking after just a few months in the sun. The rubber seems to have just dried out and cracked. I tried tightening the fittings more and applying sealant over them, but it has just been a mess. I glued the tank to the side of the camper too so I have no good way to fix the leaks.
