Works for 2001 Porsche Boxster S. I had to modify it by cutting off the red plastic with my demel. When I plugged it in to my boxster, the car wasnt unlocking/locking the lock. I used the electronics from the OEM unit and combined with the mechanical portion of this lock. Now everything works perfectly. I watched a youtube video of how to do the mod.

The advertisement says it will fit all Cayennes from 2003-10. But, in reality it does not fit 2008 turbo model.

Works fine, for use on the Boxster you have to trim a little piece of plastic it but it’ll be obvious to do that. Huge savings over OEM.

I installed this door lock about 6 weeks ago, working perfectly and 20% of the cost of a Porsche lock!!! Definitely buy again if another lock fails.
