These are 7 Mini Forks 5.1 inches Two Tines Stainless Steel.They would be used for hor d'oeuvres, mini-pickles, olives, cheese cubes, fruits, mini-desserts, a charcuterie board, cocktail shrimp, etc.They are made of 18/8 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish in a simple elegant design with two tines.At 5.1 inches I find them rather small as far as ease of holding and tine size.Because these are smaller, they are best used as picks for lemon or olives or butter pats, etc, rather than for eating.(I had ordered similar mini forks from a different manufacturer which were 5.5 inches long and they were much better in terms of ease of holding and tine size.)I also wish they came in better packaging.Other stainless flatware I have ordered have come in individual zip-loc bags. Or they could be put in cello individually as they were, but then all of them could be put in a thick zip-loc bag.For what they are, they are good value for money.
